Sales & Customer Care Coordinator

Job Role
• Handle Customer Inquiries and provide required information.
• Operate as the focal point of contact between operation team and the customer.
• Prepare daily reports of sales, customer inquiries, operational progress etc as required by the Management.
• Follow up and provide updates of ongoing shipments to the customers
• Ensure the payments are been collected within the set standards.
• Coordinate marketing and branding activities with relevant stake holders.
• Build up excellent relationships with the customers.
• Visit potential customers when required and increase sales.

• Ordinary Level or equivalent educational qualifications
• Minimum 1 year experience in the similar job functions
• Excellent command in Dhivehi & English
• Demonstrable interpersonal skills
• Fair knowledge in Microsoft Packages
• Sales & Negotiation Skills
