Responsibilities and Qualifications
• Responsible for all property buildings and machineries are properly maintained to include:
• Powerhouse and RO plant equipment, Incinerator, house wiring, Kitchen & Laundry equipment's, Boat maintenance, etc....
• Assists in maintaining all property buildings (interior and exterior) in an outstanding condition of readiness by accomplishing timely electrical maintenance as well as major improvements and renovations.
• Assists in administrative works related to department.
• Ability to diagnose and repair electrical controls, industrial motor control centers.
• Higher Diploma in Mechanical trade. Specialized training is required of two or three years.
• Minimum 3 - 5years in similar position in a 5-star hotel.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Service focused and positive with a 'can do' attitude
