Front Office Manager - OZEN RESERVE Bolifushi

Front Office Manager

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- Other certifications related to field will be an added plus
- Minimum 2 years experience in a five-star luxury property at a similar capacity with proven record of managing several sections.
- Experience with managing Butlers as a FOM
- Proficiency in PMS Opera, and in other hotel management software and tools.
- Multi-lingual (preferably Russian and/or Chinese speaker) will be an added advantage
- Good knowledge of the Rooms Division's overall operations
- Expertise in handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills & negotitation skills with the capability to build relationships
- Capability to work efficiently and indipendently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to coordinate with internal & external stakeholders
- Thorough experience of creating & implementing Standard Operating Procedures
- Proven ability to effectively manage, train and inspire a diverse team
- Fair knowledge of Recruitment & Retention best practices
- Knowledge of monitoring financial performance, preparing budgets, forecasts, and reports as required
- Experience in developing and implementing strategies to optimize service quality, efficiency, and profitability
- Sound knowledge of industry trends & best practices
- This position requires a high level of interaction with guests, a consistent presence on the floor, and a steady support to the team.
