Responsibilities
- provide all day-to-day administrative support required by the Company Secretariat
- Coordinating with the general services Department in making travel arrangements for all domestic and international travels of the CEO and the Board, including ticketing, visa applications, and other related arrangements.
- Conducting research, preparing write-ups, reports, presentations, speeches, etc. as required by the department.
- Assisting the Head of Department to coordinate and make all necessary arrangements for Board and Board Committee meetings.
- Assisting the committee secretaries in arranging the meetings and maintaining all documents, decisions, and minutes of the meeting.
- Managing and filing all documents related to the Board, Board Committees, CEO, and Executive management.
- Ensure the company is updated with the most recent changes to the laws and regulations of the Maldives align company policies and regulations and inform the management of any changes to the operational requirements.
- Attending to the administrative requirements of the corporate department and other responsibilities set by the head of the department.
- Support the team by being a leader and taking initiative targeting to achieve the strategic action plan of the Company Secretariat.
- Follow and implement the mandate of the company secretariat according to the policy and procedures.
- Support the company secretary/ General Manager, and company secretariate with achieving the department goals and objectives and work with other relevant departments and sites to achieve a high level of performance.
- Assisting the Head of the Department in planning and executing the work assigned to the department.
- Carry out other relevant tasks assigned by the CEO and the Head of Department.

Minimum Qualification and Experience Required
- A Diploma (MNQF Level 5) or above certification in the field of business administration or law
- A minimum of 2 years of professional work experience in a similar role or field.
