Bank of Maldives is seeking to recruit a talented and qualified individual to the position of Processing Assistant in our Processing Unit for a period of 8 months.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Accurately capture customer application data, following established policies and procedures to enhance data integrity and ensure a controlled and secure operational framework.
• Timely attend and manage CRM tasks to enhance the overall customer experience and maintain a backlog-free workflow.
• Manage all tasks related to accounts, cards, customer information, cheques, and internet banking, ensuring adherence to SLAs for top-quality service.
• Identify and mitigate data issues, bottlenecks, and risks. Emphasize immediate accuracy checks to implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Assist in bank-wide projects, testing, and automation efforts, playing a key role in optimizing business system workflows and processes.
• Handle non-daily activities such as submission to risk (RCSA, KRI, Incident Reporting, Risk register), and ensure compliance with Internal & External audit requirements.
• Manage inventory, encompassing fixed assets and stationery, and various administrative functions.

• Adaptability and proficiency in working within the bank's policies and procedures.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and multitask efficiently.
• Critical and logical thinking with a proactive approach to risk management.
• Maintain customer confidentiality, accept responsibilities, and collaborate effectively with a large team.
• Friendly and approachable communication with stakeholders.

Criteria:
• 3 passes in GCE A’ Level or an equivalent qualification OR;
• 6 passes in GCE O Level or an equivalent qualification
