Sales Executive - TGS

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication, relationship building, and strategic sales initiatives. Responsibilities:

- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to make informed business decisions.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our products/services.
- Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet revenue targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a genuine passion for understanding and addressing clients' needs.
- Self-Motivated: Demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities, and stay motivated to achieve goals.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
