- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in business development, strategy execution, or related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing business plans and achieving results.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
