Duties & Responsibilities
• Execution and implement marketing strategies: Executing marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Market research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs. Analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
• Digital marketing: Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
• Brand management: Maintain and enhance the company's brand image. Ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
• Event planning: Coordinate and execute marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
• Customer relationship management (CRM): Implement and manage CRM systems to track customer interactions and optimize marketing strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Analytics and reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics. Provide regular reports and insights to evaluate effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

Working Hours: 8:15AM to 4:15PM (Sundays -Thursdays) 

Minimum Qualification & Requirements
• Education: O' Level Minimum and foundation studies.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on executing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
• Digital skills: Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create persuasive and clear marketing materials.
• Photography Skills: will be an added benefit
• Analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable using data to inform decisions and measure campaign success.
• Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing approaches to differentiate the company in the market.
• Team player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Openness to adapt to changes in priorities and strategies.
• Flexibility: Able to travel to other islands or countries if necessary and working at flexible hours.

Salary: MVR 11,000
