Assistant Director of Sales - Conrad Maldives

The Assistant Director of Sales oversees day to day Sales efforts of the Senior Sales Managers, Sales Managers and Sales Executives, with specific responsibilities for  directing sales, training, and implementing action plans set forth in the marketing plan under the general guidance and supervision of the Commercial Director and in keeping with the delegation of authority. .

What are we looking for?
• University / College degree in a related discipline preferred
• 5 years or above hotel sales and related experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications and /or relevant computer applications required.
• Indian Ocean experience in sales
• Knowledge in luxury wholesale/ retail market segment
• Able to work under strong pressure
• Understand customers and have strong market analysis ability
• Have certain customer resources
• Able to set overall business objectives and action plans best suited to Hotel.
• Able to formulate and implement operating budgets and business plans.
• Able to effectively market and position the brand at desired level
• knowledge of political, economical and social issues and market trends.
• Good communication skills, knowledge and ability to deal with crisis.
