Manager Product Support - Pneumatic

Main Responsibilities
• Draw up job schedules as per confirmed orders
• Coordinate with clients to send relevant teams to site for routine maintenance and other jobs
• Maintain Engineering teams off site attendance and forward the attendance sheets to HR on a weekly basis.
• Identify and draw up a list of routine maintenance spare part list per manufacturer recommendations.
• Cross check spare parts on arrival prior to sending to client.
• Ensure job completion reports are send to client.
• Follow up team’s work progress at site.
• Ensure Annual Maintenance Contract monthly visits are conducted on a timely manner.
• Manager subordinates.
• Obtain daily log of team’s work progress.
• Should have knowledge of various routine manufacturer recommended maintenance of Generators.
• Formulate departmental annual budget with monthly revenue forecasts.

Qualification and other Requirements
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
•  Fluent in spoken and written English
•  5 to 7 years experience in a managerial position.
•  Knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering

Salary and Benefits
•   US$600 - US$1200 (Negotiable based on Qualifications & Experience)
