HR & Admin Officer - Muni Enterprises

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR & Admin Officer. In this role, you will play a key role in managing both human resources and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our company.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage employee onboarding and off boarding processes, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientations, and facilitating exit interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Manage expat work permit/visa & respective Embassy Related Matters.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to foster a positive work environment and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining office supplies, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and coordinating meetings and events.
- Provide general administrative support to the management team as needed.

- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR software systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dhivehi.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
