Director of Sales & Marketing
Ideal Candidate shall have:
- Experience in Sales & marketing, solid organizational skills and capable in maintaining a cohesive/ team.
- Good experience in similar role and must be able to train and lead the team.
- Highly motivated, possess leadership qualities and with a proven track record with small and medium size luxury resorts and hotels.
- Excellent level of written and spoken English. Additional language skills will be added advantage.
- Experience in a similar role in a 5-star resort is an added advantage.
- Passion about customer service, cheerful and friendly personality
- Must be enthusiastic to work with diversified workforce.
