Responsibilities
• Contact customers via phone, email, and/or chat
• Handle inquiries regarding the properties. Acknowledge and resolving customer complaints.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, logs of service requests and track the status.
• Identify sales opportunities based on customer needs.
• Provide administrative assistance to the Real Estate Services.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support to customers.
• Show properties to potential customers. Inspect properties on vacation.
Experience and Qualifications*
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role*
• GCE A Level or an equivalent qualification*
Skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Dhivehi.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office suite.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Perkss
• Salary: MVR 12,800
