Title: Admin & accounts executive

- Fluent communication skills in Dhivehi and English. 

Responsibilities: 
- Manage and complete all brand administrations.
- Email communications with clients.
- Working with boutique staff to manage stock
- Maintaining financial reports
- Posting and managing all accounting transactions
- Preparing payroll and pension documents.
- Liaising with external consultants to ensure accounts are managed properly 
- Liaising with all respective personnel internally and externally accordingly to ensure smooth management of the brand.

Working Hours: full-time (Sunday to Thursday, half-day Saturday)
