Qualifications & Experience
• Proven experience as a HR Manager or similar role in a 5* resort.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
Master’s degree preferred
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, Maldives Employment Law, and best practices
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Create a motivating environment of sincerity, warmth and fun for team members.
• Physically fit, healthy and well-groomed.
