F&B SERVICE
Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree / Advance diploma in Hotel Management & Catering or a related field
- WSET Level 3
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in same / similar role in Food & Beverage department in a 5* Resort with multi-outlets
- Great customer service and interpersonal skills, pro-active, energetic & with an engaging personality
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exposure to front office, housekeeping, and detailed F&B knowledge and overall resort operations
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Strong leadership and personal skills
- Target orientated with excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally & written
- Ability to work under pressure in a diverse multicultural team
- A Can Do & Positive Attitude
