Job Title: Assistant Project Manager
Starting Salary: MVR 15,000 - 20,000 / Month

Role Overview: As the Assistant Proiect Manager, you play a vital role in supporting the Project Manager and ensuring the successful delivery of projects by effectively coordinating activities, managing resources, mitigating risks, and maintaining communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and executing marine and coastal construction projects within budget and timeline constraints.
• Coordinate with proiect team members, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure proiect tasks are completed on schedule.
• Assist in developing proiect schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Handle administrative tasks such as preparing project documentation and reports.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry, with exposure to marine and coastal proiects.
• Familiarity with proiect management principles and software tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in marine and coastal construction.
