Safety & Security Manager
We are seeking a diligent and proactive Safety & Security Manager to oversee and manage all security officers within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets. The Safety & Security will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining safety protocols, conducting training programs, and responding effectively to emergencies.
We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications and attributes:
• A college graduate or equivalent qualification will be advantageous.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Extensive knowledge of loss prevention, security, and safety procedures.
• Proven experience in reporting and emergency response planning.
• Competency in managing firefighting equipment, smoke detectors, and occupational health and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in understanding and implementing government regulations and technical rules.
• Familiarity with relevant technology and equipment.
• Strong grasp of budgeting principles and proficiency in statistical data analysis.
• Working knowledge of MS Office suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in training personnel.
• Commitment to upholding professional values, ethics, and integrity at all times.
