General Requirements
• Completed GCE O’ Level
• Minimum of 1 - 2 years of work experience in related field
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication skills

Job Specification
• Assist in carrying out the day to day general and local procurement process
• Coordinate with hospital stores team for any shortages or non-delivery/availability
• To physically collect quotations and pick-up stocks/items from the market or suppliers when needed
• Oversee and coordinate the rejected / expiry goods return to respective supplier
• Statutory Compliance
• Assist in documents filing, procurement administrative tasks, etc.
• Complete daily assignments, meet deadlines with accuracy, and demonstrate a sense of urgency
• Completion of any other relevant tasks as assigned by the Department Head
