Job summary
As a member of the Dive & Marine Centre Department, he/she shall be responsible for marine-related activities providing environmental education and awareness.

Candidate profile
• 1-2 years of experience in a 5-star property in a similar position.
• Bachelor's Degree in any of the environmental-related fields (Marine Biology, Ecology, Marine Science, or Similar).
• Working knowledge of reef ecology and tropical marine species identification and behavior.
• Adequate knowledge of coral propagation and gardening.
• Dive certification is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Well-groomed with a positive “can-do” attitude.
• Fluent in English, additional European language is an advantage.

Job Description
Providing marine and environmental-related information to guests.
Conducting snorkeling activities during the day and night.
Conducting marine biology presentations.
Coral farming and coral sponsorship.
Updating the community with the latest regulations on fishery, marine protected areas, and sustainable tourism in the country.
Assisting with water sports activities when needed.
Assisting with diving operations when needed.
Providing general briefings about snorkeling areas, marine life information, and safety.
Upselling dive shop items.
Maintaining general cleanliness of the duty area.
Participating in new projects and activities that increase dive business.
