We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team at The Hawks Pvt Ltd

HR COORDINATOR – (01 No)

Requirements:
• A’ Level / Degree / Diploma in HR or any related discipline
• Proven record and/or relevant HR experience for 3-5 years
• Attendance & Punctuality at work is mandatory
• Competence in MS Office and/or other related HR Softwares including XPAT Online is required
• Professional attitude and flexibility with the positive approach
• Multi-tasking with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Able to work independently as a team player
 
Responsibilities: 
• Administer day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Handle enrollment, biometrics, attendance, OT and staff movements.
• Maintain and regularly updating master database of each employee.
• Manage and process work permits in XPAT Online and other related HR online platforms. Prompt payment of Work Visa fee / Insurance / Quota payments.
• Expatriate work permit uploads and handling staff issues effectively.
• Administer Staff Leaves, Medicals, Insurance, Ticketing, Banking & documentation.
• Attend to Immigration / Ministry / Govt related job tasks.
• Perform other HR duties as and when assigned and complete on a timely basis.
• A team player with a high level of dedication and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: Negotiable based on Experience & Qualification
