Food and Beverage Operations Manager

Oversee the entire food and beverage operation including restaurants, bars, beach service, in-villa dining and special event dining to ensure high level of guest satisfaction and reputation of Amilla.
- Monitor expenses and revenues to achieve budget goals.
- Ensure quality and hygiene safety standards are adhered to in all areas of food and beverage service.
- Recruit, train, and supervise food and beverage service team members including their development.
- Develop and implement new programmes and activities in the food and beverage area to enhance guest satisfaction that reflect our well- being, sustainability and inclusivity brand values.
- Manage schedules, inventory, and resources efficiently.

• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to inspire, lead and motivate a multinational team with kindness and fairness.
• Passion for guest satisfaction.
• Strong organisational, planning, and analytical skills and experience.
• Ability to innovate and encourage creativity.
• Authentic, adaptable and curious.

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, food service management.
• Must have proven background in food and beverage service within resort environment with minimum 5-years' experience.
