We are looking for
Engineering Coordinator
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure a positive representation of image of the OUTRIGGER culture and resort service standards and acts as a role model to other colleagues.
- Keep correspondence with suppliers and get quotations, reply with specifications, prepare PRs, and keep engineering stock records.
- Assists with Engineering purchasing and store management.
- In-charge of Engineering hotline and delegating tasks to the technical departments.
- Prepare work order statements, Checklist, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Prepare attendance registers and maintain Engineering staff attendance records.
- Assists in preparation of monthly reports and all other administrative tasks that assigned by the Chief Engineer.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar position is essential.
- Experience in handling carpentry machinery and tools, knowledge of building and repairing furniture would be an advantage.
- A good level of written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new skills and work diligently.
- Ability to finish assigned tasks in a timely manner.
