Director of Food & Beverages

Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for coordinating all phases of Food & Beverage Service functions held in the resort; coordinate the activities on a daily basis; assist guests in program planning and menu selection. Ensure that the Food and Beverage outlets operates profitably and efficiently and to maintain the consistency of high food and service standards in the food and beverage department. Trains and supervises subordinates and applies relevant service principles to ensure that the needs of guests are consistently exceeded.

- Bachelor’s degree in a related major.
- Five years or more of experience in F&B management.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and team management/development skills.
- Strategic thinking combined with the proven ability to move strategy to action are foremost attributes.
- Comfortable in discussion forums; able to represent ideas succinctly and convincingly.
- WSET certification is a plus.
- Detail oriented and hands-on.
- Guest oriented approach to problem solving.
- Extensive knowledge on Micros.
- Creative and innovative, capable of delivering products and services that will differentiate in the region’s
- 5-star hotel market.
