Assistant Sales Manager - Pneumatic

Main Responsibilities
• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.
• Submit annual sales forecast to the Management.
• Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams. 
• Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Maintain customer data base.
• Manage personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.
• Review progress of sales roles throughout the company.
• Provide quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity
• Coordinate proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
• Assess the sales processes to identify improvements and efficiencies.  
• Formulate all sales policies, practices and procedures.
• Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
• Lead and schedule weekly team meeting with sales team.
• Ensure quotes are obtained from overseas suppliers and send out quotations to clients.

• 3 to 5 years experience in Managerial post
• Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or in a related field
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Experienced in MS excel, word and MS outlook.
