SAMANN Group of Companies comprises Samann Investments Pvt Ltd, Samann Hotels Pvt Ltd, Samann Trading Pvt Ltd, and Samann Travels Pvt Ltd which are engaged in areas of Real Estate, Tourism, and General Trading. In line with the ongoing expansion of Samann Entities, Samann Investments Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Corporate Office as an Assistant Manager in Human Resources and Training.

Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Manager of HR & Training, the individual should possess a thorough comprehension of company policies and procedures. Key responsibilities entail creating and implementing HR policies, overseeing recruitment processes, facilitating employee training initiatives as needed, and actively contributing to enhancing employee performance. Moreover, duties encompass monitoring and managing HR systems, ensuring compliance with permits and regulations, meticulously maintaining records, coordinating seamless on-boarding and off-boarding procedures, managing payroll operations, and overseeing employee accommodation and welfare programs.

Requirements:
Should have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Should demonstrate the ability to serve as a successful participant of the Management Team that provides guidance, direction, and leadership. Should also have sound knowledge of all Employment Laws and Practices, especially those involving the Labor Relations Authority of the Maldives. This position is open for locals only.

Experience:
A minimum 2-year experience in a similar capacity.

Qualification:
Holding a Degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.

Remuneration:
A competitive remuneration package will be accorded based on experience and qualification.
