Job Title: Assistant Administrative Officer (1)

Responsibilities:
- Make PR and other purchase and ERP related works of the Division.
- Attend to secretarial work of the unit, arrange intra-department meetings and take meeting minutes.
- Receive all incomings documents, letters, and faxes and distribute the documents to the respective departments accordingly with communication and draft memo, internal notes, fax, letters, reports etc.
- Coordinate repair to office equipment.
- Handle document entry log to keep records of all incoming and outgoing documents.
- Maintain filing in an orderly manner
- Maintain Division stationary stock and update the stock list routinely.
- Ensure all the staff follow standard operation procedures properly.
- Perform other duties required or assigned, which help to improve the productivity and service of the department.
Minimum Requirements:
- GCE O 'level 03 pass OR MNQF Level 3 certificate
