Position: ACCOUNTANT
Key duties:
• Bookkeeping and data verification.
• Tax computation and processing.
• Revenue verification & payment processing.
• Fixed Assets maintenance & recording.
• Review & correct inconsistencies in financial entries.
• Reconciling of collections, General Ledger and bank accounts on daily basis.
• Assist in Budgeting, Cashflow, Financial & Management Reporting.
• Annual Audit support.
Desirables:
• Diploma in Accounting
• Minimum 2 years work experience in a financial background.
• Must have work experience in Tax computation and filing.
• Experience in use of QuickBooks.
• Competent in use of MS. Office package, especially MS. Excel.
• Good organizational, planning and time management skill.
• Able to maintain clear and accurate financial records.
• Good communication skills both in Dhivehi and English..
Remuneration: MVR 12,000 per month.
