Requirements
- GCE O’ Level 03 passes (Grade C and above).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dhivehi and English
- Pleasant personality.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Help Desk and Task management software programs.
- Ability to Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
- Flexible thinking and ability to adapt to change.
- Able to pick up and handle Tasks quickly.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time efficiently.
- Experience with CCTV, Access Control systems is an Added Advantage.
- Experience with computer networks and network administration is an Added Advantage.
- Experience with Network installations, wireless technology applications, inter-connectivity of applications, and IT security is an added advantage.
- Experience in LAN WAN concept and Wi-Fi Networks is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Installation and Configuration of CCTV, Access control, Attendance and IOT Systems.
- Installation and configuration of QueueBee queue system.
- Windows Operating system installation and PC troubleshooting.
- Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software technical problems related to LANs/WANs and IOT’s.
- Network installations, wireless technology applications, inter-connectivity of applications, and IT security.
- Will work in-house or be assigned to a customer’s project mainly in Greater Male’.
- Create and maintains all networking documentation (drawings, configurations, and Deployment plans).
- Provide network-engineering consulting services, including assessment, design, and Implementation of modern Networks.
- Demo products to Customers.
- Provide Technical details of products and services from Email, Phone and other form of communications to Customers.
- Test and document product’s features and configurations.
- Assist other departments by providing technical details on products and services.
- Communicate with Sales team regarding Requirements gathered from Customers.
- Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Management.
