Bank Of Maldives is seeking to recruit a talented qualified individual for the position Of Card Solutions in Our Banking Solutions Department.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Work closely with software vendors on project design and technical direction.
Lead or manage to run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples.
Lead or Manage Test and install Payment Associate Compliance Networks such as VISA. Master Card and AMEX. etc..
Manage Install and update.
Lead management of Hardware such as HSM, NAC EFT, ATM and POS.
Problem solving and helping helpdesk issues
Build knowledge of card industry and developments
Updating other staff on newly implemented products
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
Thorough understanding of Bank's Policies and Procedures.
Advanced orientation to driving for results.
Strong experience of leading, motivating and managing teams.
Excellent knowledge of Computer hardware, printers and other computer related devices
Superior knowledge of Computer Networking
Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
4+ years of related experience
