Guest Service Officer(Maldivian)

Key Responsibilities:
• Responding to queries and resolving concerns in a timely manner.
• Coordinating room assignments and special requests for tours, watersports activities, resort facilities and entertainment.
• Manage traveler’s profile, including feedback and recommendations received.
• Identify opportunities to promote, upsell, and cross-sell products and services.
• Act as a central hub for all departments to ensure seamless resort operations.

• Completed O Level,
• At least 1 year experience in the same role
• Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
• Effective time management, planning, and organizing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethics
