Position: Game Zone Attendants / Customer Service Officer, & Sales & Marketing Executive (Full Time)
Location: SMEHUB & Main Branch
Number of Positions: 05

Compensation:
Full-Time Probation: MVR. 4500 /-
After Probation: MVR 8,000 - 12,000 + (includes incentives and allowances)
Full Time Working Hours (Shift Duty 8 Hours - Negotiable):
Shift 1: 2:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Part-time Probation: MVR. 3500 /-
After Probation: MVR 6,000 - 9,000 + (includes incentives and allowances)

Part Time Working Hours (Shift Duty 6 Hours - Negotiable):
Shift 1: 2:00 am - 8:00 pm
Shift 2: 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Should be able to Work on Fridays & Saturdays. 

General Duties, Responsibilities & Requirements:
-Manage bookings for our gaming zones via hotline and social media channels.
-Ensure game zones and equipment are prepared before confirmed customer arrivals.
-Brief customers on gaming guidelines and equipment usage.
-Supervise and monitor customers during gaming sessions.
-Set up and customize gaming zones for event bookings.
-Create engaging marketing materials for social media promotion.
-Maintain a professional appearance.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-GCE O Levels.
-Experience in a related field is an added advantage.
-Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
-Fluent in Dhivehi and English. Strong customer service skills.
-Background in gaming platform management. Ability to work independently and in a team.
-Social media skills.
