Financial Controller
As the head of the Finance Department, he or she shall be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, risk management, compliance, and internal controls. Drives strategic decision-making with insightful analysis and forecasts. And responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of the resort
Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field & At least 3-4 years of working experience in a similar position in 5* hotel or Resort
• Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes (budgeting, financial closure, reporting etc.) at a top 5* luxury hotel / Resort
• Analytical and detail-oriented; able to make good business sense from financial data
• An outgoing, energetic, cheerful and positive personality, Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Well-organized with ability to prioritize and Attention to detail.
• Self-motivated individual who can work well independently as well as under pressure with accuracy and commitment
• Strong Leadership skills and Strict attention to detail, accurate, reliable and Can-Do attitude
