Job Description:
- Execute the radio coverage and capacity rollout design for the whole Network.
- Monitor and analyze network performance and configuration to ensure KPI’s are in conformance with targets.
- Conduct performance tests on newly integrated sites and make essential network adjustments to ensure optimal performance post integration.
- Explore new technologies/hardware that can be integrated to existing radio network to improve the network and technology advancements.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or in a related field.
- 3 years’ experience in telecoms engineering or IT with significant skills in project management and co-ordination.
