We’re Looking for… Boat Crews
Smart Own Maldives is looking for Boat Crews to support our growing company transportation needs. The role is open for Maldivians only.
Your day will include the following activities:
o Clean the boat daily (inside, outside, under the seats, carpet, etc.)
o Assist the captain during the trip and during docking, detect any hazards on the sea
o Receive the guests with a smile, be helpful and polite
o Be punctual and arrive at the boat on time
o Do the briefings, run the safety videos and follow the company procedures.
o Assist the guests during trips (e.g. Offer water, refreshing towel, answer questions, etc.)
o Observe the dress code, wear a clean uniform when at work
o Any other duties assigned by the Captain/ Team Leader related to job
You will succeed if you have:
o Intermediate English literature
o Previous experience in the field or if you have strong will to
learn the required skills with the team
o High level of integrity treating the business as your own
o Ability to do exceptional teamwork
o Bonus - Experience in Customer Service in Tourism Industry
