Billabong High International School, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Manager for School Administration at our Destiny Campus.

Salary: MVR 15,000 - 20,000

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Direct reporting to the Principal/Vice Principal.
- Supervision and management of non-academic functions at Destiny Campus, ensuring alignment with school policies and standards.
- Coordination of daily operations across various departments, including HR, Maintenance, IT, Procurement, and Finance.
- Involvement in HR-related activities and decision-making processes in coordination with the HR head.
- Maintenance of accurate school stock and inventory records.
- Monitoring and addressing issues within academic departments.
- Organizing school events, managing venue bookings, and handling invitations.
- Overseeing the management of the school's petty cash.
- Preparation and distribution of official correspondence to external entities.
- Management of comprehensive administrative filing systems.
- Ensuring timely communication regarding school fees.
- Overseeing the admissions and withdrawal process.
- Assisting in budget preparation and planning in collaboration with the Department Head.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of new administrative procedures and improvements.
- Undertaking additional tasks as required by the school administration and the head office. 

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative or management role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Proficiency in computer applications and office management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dhivehi

- Ability to organize, plan, and execute tasks efficiently. Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership skills to manage and supervise non-academic functions and team members effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with diverse groups and managing external and internal communication.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Capability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Competence in managing multiple tasks simultaneously with a focus on achieving results.
- Ability to make informed decisions related to HR and administrative matters.
- Familiarity with educational policies and procedures, which would be advantageous in managing school operations.
