ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF SALES - RUSSIA & CIS

As the Assistant Director of Sales - Russia & CIS, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. You will be directly reporting to the

Director of Sales & Marketing, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of our sales initiatives and execute plans to achieve our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies targeting the Russia & CIS market to maximize revenue and occupancy.

Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and other key partners in the region.

Lead the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives tailored to the Russia & CIS market.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into sales performance and market dynamics.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality indus- try, with a focus on the Russia & CIS market.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English and Russian.

Knowledge of the Maldives hospitality market is preferred but not required.
Willingness to travel as needed.
