Admin cum HR Assistant (Local)

Qualification and other Requirements
• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent field
• 5+ years of experience in equivalent field

Main Responsibilities
• Manage office supplies stock and place orders
• Prepare regular reports on vehicle registration, insurance renewal and contract renewal
• Maintain and update company databases
• Organize a filling system for important and confidential company documents
• Answer queries by employees & clients
• Update office policies as needed
• Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
• Book meeting rooms as required
• Distribute and store correspondence
• Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
• Arrange travel and accommodations
• Schedule in-house and external events
• Coordinate with local authority for HR requirements
• Write letters in English and Dhivehi
