Position: Sample Collection Officer
Essential skills and qualifications required:
• Able to properly identify patients and use sample collection methods correctly.
• Ability to collect different types of samples.
• Understanding of proper patient identification and labelling methods.
• Ability to connect with various types of patients (such as children, elderly, pregnant women) and make them feel comfortable.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication skill (Written & Verbal) – English & Dhivehi.
• Flexible in working shift duties & holidays (Friday & Public Holidays).
• Flexible to travel alone or with a team for different sites and outside Male' for sample collection.
• Contribute to the moral and team spirit of the department by maintaining good relationships with colleagues.
• Initiate and ability to multitask & Work Under pressure.
Prior experience in sample collection would be an added advantage.
