We are looking for a Sales Officer – STO  

Key Responsibilities 

➢ Visit STO minimum twice per day and finalize sales orders. 
➢ Ensure company products are arranged in the shelves and displayed in an orderly  appearance. 
➢ Ensure that goods are replenished in the shelves without failure. 
➢ Maintain an awareness of all products and prices, including promotions and advertisements. 
➢ Download sales report on the 2nd and 16th of every month. 
➢ Prepare sales orders and invoices and upload to STO Portal. 
➢ Ensure payments are collected in a timely manner after uploading to STO Portal. 
➢ Maintain proper client records. 
➢ Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship. 
➢ Identify areas for improvement in product offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy and  promotional activities. 
➢ Maintain quality service by adhering to Company Standards. 
➢ Achieve or exceed given sales targets and outcomes within schedule. 
➢ Coordinate sales efforts with Operations Manager, team members and Sales and Marketing  department. 
➢ Continuously improve through feedback. 
➢ Process strong work ethic and ability to work under minimum supervision. 
➢ Ensure good grooming and presentation at all times. 
➢ Maintain attendance and punctuality. 
➢ Any other duties assigned from time to time by Management. 
Requirements and skills. 

➢ Minimum GCE O’ Level or Advanced Diploma in a related field or equivalent combination of  education and experience. 
➢ Minimum two years of proven experience in the related field. 
➢ Computer Literacy with knowledge in MS Office package. 
➢ Strong inter personal, Negotiation a problem-solving skill. 
➢ Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
