• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both Dhivehi and English.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and in a team setting.
• Efficient cash handling, POS experience, and hardware/software knowledge will be an added advantage
• Experience resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
• Able to show initiative, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude.
• Must be motivated and have an excellent eye for detail.
