QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in a similar role with luxury hotels/resolts in Maldives. Experience in All-
Inclusive operations will be preferred
Ability to lead, motivate and train colleagues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, People Management Skills.
Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
Pleasant personality with a positive "can-do" attitude
