Adaaran is the Maldivian Brand of Aitken Spence Hotels, Sri Lanka which owns and operates 17 hotels with 2150 rooms in Sri Lanka, Maldives, Oman, and India. Adaaran has been in the Maldives for over 30 years and now has 5 Resorts with 745 rooms.
We are seeking for dynamic, results-oriented, and highly motivated young talent to join our enthusiastic team in the below-mentioned position.
Reservations Executive
The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Hotel Management with a minimum of three years’ experience and sound knowledge in all functions of reservations in the Opera Property management system, Microsoft excel knowledge, and be able to contribute to generating revenue Management Reports, to maximize Occupancy/Revenue of the resorts and achieve budgetary objectives with minimum supervision.
The selected candidates will be entitled to a salary that matches their level of experience, qualifications, and service charges of the resorts, Food, and shared accommodation with the usual fringe benefits attributable to the industry.
Candidates should be below 40 years of age with a good command of English, pleasing personality and can-do attitude along with minimum of 2 years’ experience.
