Bank of Maldives is seeking to recruit a talented and qualified individual to the position of Recovery Advisor in
Our Enforcement Recovery Management Unit.

Roles & Responsibilities
Assist and initiate action plans/ Strategies to upgrade and non—performing loan accounts to achieve periodic recovery objectives and reduce number and volume of non-performing loans.
Arrange meetings with customers and advice/negotiate settlement plan, and coordinate with the business units for reschedulement 'upgrade of delinquent and non-performing loan accounts.
Conduct inspections of collaterals.
Review and assist to initiate foreclosure Of collaterals with permission for sale from a court order, as per policies and procedure.
Coordinate with customers and respective Branch(s) and consistently monitor and follow up on payments committed.
Daily management Of customer and tasks Within the given timeline Wh ensuring a quality service.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
Good understanding of the Bank's main lending activities, credit products and customer segments.
Awareness Of external factors affecting customers and markets, and their risk impact on the credit portfolio.
Excellent analytical skills and judgment, good business sense, and decision-making skills.
Good team builder and player, with excellent organizational and relationship skills.
Good communication skills including verbal and written, in both English and Dhivehi.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

Criteria:
• 3 passes in GCE A'Level OR',
• 6 passes in GCE O Level OR an equivalent qualification
