Project Administrative Officer - Pneumatic

Main Responsibilities
• Oversee all aspects of general office coordination & Administration.
• Attend to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
• Prepare payment requests, project reports and project expenditure
• Prepare attendance and OT sheets, obtain authorizations and handover to HR
• Obtain and compile daily report on projects
• Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, bookkeeping, copying, faxing, mailing and filing.
• Assisting with resource scheduling so that team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks.
• File and retrieve organizational documents, records and reports.

Qualification and other Requirements
• A Level 
• Proficiency in MS Office
•  1 year of Experience

Salary and Benefits
•   Basic Salary: MVR 6300
•   Food Allowance: MVR 2200
