Job Title: Operations Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking an Operations Assistant to join our team. As an Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. You will work closely with our operations and maintenance team to support their day-to-day activities and provide assistance where needed. 

Responsibilities:

- Assist with the maintenance of equipment, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
- Work with the operations team to ensure that our facilities are clean and well-maintained.
- Assist with the installation and configuration of networking equipment and CCTV systems.
- Help maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.

Requirements:

- GCE OL and/or diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in operations/maintenance or a related field.
- Knowledge of basic hand and power tools.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Possessing a Valid Driving License and a Motor Cycle.
