The Marketing Officer will play a crucial role in planning and executing marketing initiatives to promote the organization's products or services. The individual in this position will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.

- Marketing Strategy: Contribute to the development of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Assist in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

- Campaign Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across various
channels, including digital, print, and social media.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, making data-driven adjustments for optimal results.

- Content Creation: Generate creative and engaging content for various marketing materials,
including brochures, website content, social media posts, and email campaigns.

- Digital Marketing: Implement digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and
social media advertising.

- Monitor website analytics and online presence to ensure effective digital marketing strategies.

- Social Media Management: Manage and grow the organization's social media accounts.

- Create and curate content for social media platforms, fostering engagement and interaction with the target audience.

- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Utilize research findings to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.

- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development,
and customer service, to ensure a unified approach to marketing initiatives.

- Brand Management: Uphold and promote the organization's brand identity and values in all
marketing efforts.

- Ensure consistency in messaging and visuals across various platforms.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the sales and marketing field.
- Ability to communicate fluently in Dhivehi and English.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and capacity to learn.
