Interns will be given key performance objectives at the beginning of the program. HR will conduct trainings for the Interns throughout the program.
Benefits:
Allowance of MVR 8,000 will be paid on a monthly basis.
All interns will be eligible for Ramadan Bonus.
Interns will be eligible for 15 days paid leave for the year.
Interns will be eligible for 10 days leave for medical and family emergencies.
Eligibility criteria:
Applicants must be a Maldivian.
Applicants must be above 18 years of age.
Students enrolled in finance and accounting programs will receive priority.
Applicants should be student or graduates.
Applicants must possess an educational qualification of Diploma or higher.
