Food & Manager will be h.llly responsible operations Of all and Beverage Outlets to deliver an excellent Guest experience. Food & Beverage Manager will also be required to manage. train and develop team members and work within all budgeted
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
• Previous experience in a Leading role with Luxury hotels/resorts- Experience in Maldive is essential and exposure in A I-Inclusive operations will be preferred.
• University degree Or diploma in Hotel Managernent or any field will be an added advantage.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop team members
• Be innovative, financially savvy, connect emotionally with guests and internal customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Well verged with technology, which helps to elevate our F&B Standards.
