Position: Customer Service Assistant

Essential skills and qualifications required:
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Passionate about customer service
• Excellent communication skill (Written & Verbal) – English & Dhivehi
• Flexible in working in shift duties & during Holidays (Friday & other public holidays)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a related field will be an advantage.
• Handling phone calls & providing valid information to the patient.
• Handling customer concerns via telephone conversation, Email, or face to face
• Contribute to the moral and team spirit of the department by maintaining good relationships with colleagues.
• Initiate and ability to multitask & work under pressure.
• Computer literate, especially in MS office packages
• Experience in reconciliation, or ability to learn.
